I worked at MegaForce full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice Office, and owner overall was fair, caring, and competent, BUT had little involvement in day to day operations & employees.

    Cons

Family Health Insurance will run you about $1300 a month
Day 1 Zero Training, little to no transition of Account /Client relationships, or "internal" warm introduction of established relationship
Pressure Cooker working environment that is adversarial.
Nepotism, defines culture within sales & recruitment teams.
As a new sales person or recruiter, you receive ZERO support from Senior Sales members of team
The President that "did" run the company for 4-5 years has ZERO previous experience within IT Human Capital/Staffing & Solutions Industry. He was also more less the president and acting sales manager. He w/o question is a perfect example of Arm Chair QB...daily he made a point to degrade efforts/actions within sales team, know it all that talked a BIG GAME, but when rubber met the road, he could not/did not lead by example, nor could he demonstrate through "action" that any of his infinite wisdom was effective.

    Advice to Management

I heard your worthless President finally resigned or was terminated....EXCELLENT START, and step in right direction to improve working environment
