Meet new people

Advice to Management

Raise the pay of workers who work on the sales floor. Initiate a better program for workers who get injured on the job.

    Pros

    Its a job. With the economy as bad as its been atleast its a job. good place to work if you like working with the public.

    Cons

    No/Few Raises. Everyone Starts off at a couple cents above minimum wage and part time. Management does not have follow thru and easily get stressed over small stuff.

    Advice to Management

    Try visiting stores w/o giving notice to see how things really operate during normal operation. Stores spend a lot of time prepping for walk thrus.

    Some managers are abusive and treat employees like they don't have human needs
    Hours can be unpredictable
    Little opportunity for full-time work

    Advice to Management

    Act more professionally and remember that employees are people too. Offer more opportunities to advance, especially for those with the appropriate drive, experience, and education
