    Pros

    Nope, can't think of any.

    Cons

If you ever think about working for Melrose to step up in the business, I'd advise against it. Working at the home office was a joke. Management is too old to be working anymore. They don't listen to new ideas and think that using the same techniques over and over again is going to produce different results. It's a shame. Buyers are so burnt out that they just buy the same, old, out-of-style garments that should never be purchased because management only wants to hike up the price in hopes of a high margin. Clothes fall apart so easily that they aren't even worth the $2 they paid for it. Employees that have been there for awhile are only still there because they don't ask for raises and are content with settling. If you are someone who hopes to bring your modern vision and innovative ideas to the company, stay away. Don't even waste your time.

    Advice to Management

Quit and hire competent people who are willing to take risks to improve business.
