I worked at Men's Wearhouse full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great merchandise, concise selections, terrific pricing

Cons

Managers are glorified suit salespeople. Also, very little chance for advancement as this is a company run like a boys club

Advice to Management

Open the pipeline for upward mobility

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Men's Wearhouse part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good culture, they have great company parties including a big end of the year holiday one. Competitive pay for entry level sales associates. Bonuses for meeting objectives.

    Cons

Difficult to move up. Open 7 days a week. Sales objectives can be unreasonable. Only 3 % commision.

    Advice to Management

Stop expecting some smaller stores to meet unrealistic goals. Maybe offer higher commission to give the rookies and smaller guys more incentive to get off their behinds and sell, especially in the MW tux's
