I have been working at Men's Wearhouse full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great team atmosphere.
    Flexible schedules.
Proper training to improve sales practices for all employees.
Partial educational reimbursement for working students.
Great holiday parties for employees and significant other at the end of the year.

    Cons

Prom season (March-June) can get very stressful for all employees in a store. There are a lot of people to be helped in a sort amount of time. Patience decreases and tensions rise.

    Advice to Management

Staff accordingly for a growing tuxedo department. Do not rely on commissioned based sales people to support the tuxedo department all day.
