    Pros

Employees are viewed and treated as "shareholders." Incomparable training and coaching. Really financial and career growth opportunities, and loads of fun to balance tough, demanding sales and service goals.

    Cons

The demand for selling performance is frequent, measured often against your team and store and district level, and calls for some "thick hide." 'Gotta be able to keep moving between multiple tasks many days.

    Advice to Management

Never let go of George Zimmer's founding mission, despite GAZ not being the one to lead the company to the next generations. And keep the employees as shareholders!

    Pros

Good discount. Awesome parties. You can go against HR policy and still keep your job

    Cons

Management likes to "look the other way" when employees do certain things that other companies would terminate that person for.
