I worked at Menards part-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Easy job. Great pay for a retail job with extra pay on the weekend. Family culture with the employees. After leaving realized its one of the easiest cashiering jobs to handle. Company is very good with satisfying the customer and providing quick service. If you are a beginner the job will teach you a lot of information about the retail world.

Cons

No rotations of the shifts. If you are not liked you will work all the crappy hours.

Advice to Management

Need to learn how to control attitude and better management.
