      The employees themselves are really cool and I enjoy talking to them. Lunch can be good sometimes. Benefits are okay.

      Sadly, it really depends on the team you're in to have an awesome work/life balance.

      Great direct management, team culture, growth opportunities. great worklife balance. The people are what makes this work so enjoyable.

      Cons

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.

      Great benefits, and a majority of coworkers from various departments are fantastic and creative.

      Multiple directors have major egos and very little respect for those under them in the org.
