Pros

Pay is not bad
Good benefits
Christmas bonus, profit sharing bonus
No evenings or weekends
Great coworkers
Friendly atmosphere
Customer service oriented
Casual dress code

Cons

Technologically behind the times
Some micromanagement
Need to hire more workers to lessen the workload per person

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, don't just dictate. You can't expect your employees to do their best work when they are overloaded. Please realize that not every state is California and don't treat us "fly-over" people as if we're second-class.
