Not recommend, horrible PTO system

Good insurance, remote working, flexible hours, nice senior leader, individual’s contribution is heard and celebrated
Cons
PTO: Horrible PTO systems!! One has to use his own PTO toward national holidays and it is mandatory to take 9 days off for national holidays out of pitiful amount of PTO one accrues over the year. No sick days can be used until all PTOs are used up. None of this is said in offer letter or any documentation before you actually onboard, which seems a scam. Onboarding: Nightmare for tech people. Tech and healthcare providers are required to take the same training. It was fun to learn more medical related knowledge but none of the onboarding helped tech daily work. Growth: Little room to grow, no yearly bonus or promotion, rarely get any useful training. Day to day: Project takes too long to wrap up, data scientist has to wear many hats and work as ETL engineer, MLOps, infrastructure is a nightmare Culture: Backstabbing happens often.
