    Pros

Good benefits package. Salaries seem competitive. People: the teammates I work with on a daily basis are very talented and hard working. New owners and bringing in more experienced executives and managers.

    Cons

New management is driving the company into the ground and employees are finally starting to see right through the empty promise of better days to come.
