Supposedly 'India's Largest Skills Assessment Company'. Suitable for Employees wanting to find a life-time job. Some of the current Employees have been in the system for a very long time.
Cons
Review and rewards program is not meaningful enough. Many cases where 'boss-lovers' get fantastic hikes and promotions, while performers are sidelined.
