    Pros

    great pay, excellent work hours and was close to home.

    Cons

    never had the work for us before we were hired. not very good at communicating.

    Advice to Management

    make sure you have the work before the people, your planning was horrible. plus management wasnt very good nor was communication.

    Small company , decent benefits, great pay

    poor communication from management. Lack of leadership from corporate.

    Advice to Management

    Work on retention, listen to your managers when they let you know whats happening on the contracts instead of blowing them off.
