    Pros

    very interesting platform,good superficial support.

    Cons

    some very nasty characters there.
    revolving door culture.
    you are a number!
    remember that!
management devoid for the most part of personality...
be prepared to get all you can and then move to firm you can stay with and grow otherwise AVOID this firm.
have seen too many really good/solid producers come and go.

    Advice to Management

seek counseling and then seek training in managing best and brightest.
the firm needs a cultural overhaul.
look at the Bank of America/Merrill deal and imagine how the duplicity trickles down to the local branch offices.
at the end of the day even though they say wealth management it is a WIRE-HOUSE...

    Pros

True meritocracy (you don't appreciate this until you've seen an organization that doesn't fit this description).
    Tremendous autonomy.
    Unlimited earnings potential.

    Cons

The failre rate is extermely high for people younger in the business. The pressure to perform never really goes away.

    Advice to Management
