Pros

Level of fitness increases. Meet alot of new people and your in a different place all the time.

Cons

No advancement, low pay and very little time off. Having to drive your own car, no benefits and cleaning toilets.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, they are what makes your company. Look into providing benefits for your employees, my guess would be that majority of your employees are mothers who could really use the benefits.

    Pros

    Reasonable hours, only 2 saturdays a year

    Cons

    Not guaranteed 40 hours a week, you feel rushed when they text asking how much longer at a house, random "mandatory" days

    I have been working at Merry Maids full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Gives you good customer communication experience. Guarantees work. Meet different types of people

    Cons

    Don't know what time you would you would get off, wears and tears on your car and many miles on it, office staff not good customer service.

    Advice to Management

    Work on customer servicce and make sure your employees don't get injured quickly. Make sure that other office staff has a friendly voice on the phone and not be so direct to employees and customers.
