Pros

great work/ life balance, smart management, good training/ education if you take advantage of it/ seek it out, bonuses are great if you get a good rating, great place to grow when more junior in your career

Cons

hard to move up the corporate ladder and each department has different criteria for moving up, company hasn't really moved 100% into the digital world, there are still many growing pains of becoming a global company

Advice to Management

create clear pathing for promotions

    Pros

People are wonderful. I appreciate they understand that life happens and you are not expected to be there 8 am on the dot each morning. It is understood that as long as your work is done correctly and the client is happy it doesn't matter if you come in at 9:30.

    Cons

It takes forever to get things done. Approval is needed on so many layers it really does not allow for one to make an educated decision to move forward and do their job.
These days the going theme is doing less with more. One group can only be responsible for so much, layoffs is not the answer!

    Advice to Management

Invest in updated systems that speak to one another.
