I worked at MetLife full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible work schedule. Some make decent money.

    Cons

I watched people come and go in an endless life cycle. Come in, go broke, go look for a real job to dig yourself out of the hole you're now in. Surprisingly, this big national company never has incoming calls, if they do, where do they get routed to?

    Advice to Management

Lower the base salary, hire fewer reps that end up being telemarketers and door knockers.
