Pros

The work process is flexible and iterative. Your work will have a real and direct impact for the end customers, and much sooner than you would expect. If by the end of the day you want a lasting satisfaction, after a hard day of work, Metadot might be your place.

Cons

Small team, nowhere to hide, got to do those tasks.

Pros

One of the first tasks I was assigned at this company was researching ways we could improve things for employees. The managers wanted to ensure we were in line with -- or better than! -- the other tech companies in town in terms of amenities. All of the ideas I've brought back to them have been received enthusiastically and many implemented. I feel very much like I am listened to and respected. In addition, I am involved in animal welfare as a foster parent to kittens. They allow me to bring my foster bottle-babies in (to ensure I can feed them every 2 hours), and I REALLY appreciate that they support me in this way (OK, everyone in the office loves it!!). The kitchen is always stocked with great organic coffee, healthy snacks, and wine! At the end of each month we have a happy hour where we can all just hang out casually and get to know each other. They offer yoga classes and meditation and are open to other suggestions. The people in the office are really fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and open to you stopping by and asking questions or just saying hello. Great place to work!

Cons

As with any small company, there are quite a few manual processes purely because it is cost prohibitive to buy a bunch of programs to run things automatically. This doesn't bother me, and I know that as they can afford to automatize in an area, they do so.
