Pros

Pay is ok. It would be a good way to add a little extra cash if you wanted to work part-time.

Cons

The job is miserable. You read sentences from kids who are learning English and you score it based on a rubric Metritech gives you. The kids make base their sentences all on the same picture so you end up grading variations of the same sentence for hours on end. It's really torture.

Advice to Management

Let the employees listen to music while they score.

    Pros

Flexible hours for scoring tests. Work is not bad for the money. More of a supplement your income gig.

    Cons

Mostly that it's hard to know when a project is ending, even though they try to give you some sort of a heads up.
