I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Great upper management
Great benefits
Tight knit friendly working environment
I love working for this company even after the T-Mobile acquisition. Upper management is very fair and readily available to help you advance with the company.

Cons

Very angry customers
Low cost provider
Many people are comfortable in their positions so there isn't much opportunity to move up.

Advice to Management

Continue to make your employees feel like a vital part of the company's success. It does wonders and motivates immensely.

    I have been working at MetroPCS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Commission, and that is literally it everything else about the job sucks and the commission isn't even that great.

    Cons

    Pressure, lots of stress, low pay, rude customers, rude employees and managers, work pretty much all day every day with only a 30 minute break for lunch that's it, they don't truly care about their employees. I get yelled at if I need to ask for a day off for a family event. Even if I haven't asked for a day off in months

    Advice to Management

    Take a look at your managers, if you want sales reps to have high energy and get excited to sell, then the managers need to have that too, instead they constantly just get in our face every 5 minutes telling us what we are doing wrong. In front of customers too!
