    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Good Pay

    Incentives for productivity

    Good Training

    Cons

Everyone there is almost expected to have an injury, it seems like everyone I talked to that had worked there for some time, had some kind of back/shoulder/hip injury from the constant tire lifting and long hours. And the rotating shifts almost guarantees that you will have problems with sleeping. I dont like the fact that they have a bank there that gives out loans, on the one hand, if the person really needs it to pay some sort of unseen expense then I understand, but the majority of people there buy things they dont need and end up stuck in the job.

    Advice to Management

    Stick to fixed shifts.
