Pros
Good money if you're getting overtime.
Cons
Do not expect to have a life outside of working and sleeping. Long hours 7 days a week. High turnover in lower level employees. They "Hire from within" not based on who can actually do the job they need, but based off of who has been there longer. They say that they have "voluntary" overtime, but that depends on what building you're in and who your supervisor is. I was working 70-84 hours a week. With no A lot of non-English speakers.
