    Pros

    Casual attire
    You will find people to comisserate with over lunch

    Cons

    Looking to hire less experienced people to keep salaries low, minimal chance for advancement, loss of family atmosphere - very cut throat. Negative atmosphere for most employees and managers don't care or don't want to improve it as long as they get their bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    You keep the owners (Vista) happy to keep your jobs, so essentially you are doing what you have to do even if you may disagree ethically.

    I have been working at MicroEdge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    the ability to work full time remotely. Great suite of products to work with. Flexible schedule. great clients.

    Cons

    Not the most organized when it comes to training and developing people for new job roles. They have a tendency to throw you into the fire and tell you to figure it out on your own.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure that YOU give employees the proper tools to learn and excel at their jobs.
