    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Microsoft full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Breadth of technologies you can work on, good resources, good salaries and benefits, good development centers in many cities, smart peers

    Cons

Too much internal fighting, more competition with folks inside rather than outside, too PM focused, weak leadership promoting mediocre culture, too many non-code writing folks creating useless processes to prove their worth in-turn slowing down the company

    Advice to Management

Don't promote false sense of success. Promote leaders only on producing actual business results, reduce number of PMs and make the company more dev centric which is how Google, Amazon, Facebook and other companies are operating.
