Pros

Working with leading edge technology and design techniques. People at the company are the biggest assets. Challenging projects and schedules. Benefits are second to none.

Cons

No possibility of a winfall.

Advice to Management

The company needs to make big bets and take more chances, and also should expand into fields where they can do more good in the world.

    Too many meetings, still using waterfall methodology for software development. Terrible review systems.
