I worked at MidCountry Bank full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work is simple with regular schedules.

    Cons

Some of the most dramatic and unprofessional people to work with, from a business perspective. Management isn't very transparent with the way the company is heading or profit/loss. You are overworked a lot, and queue times and holds were ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who are interested in the people you employ and stop encouraging people to snitch on other people or be in their business... i.e. what they do on their breaks, etc
