I worked at Midwest Air full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Team environment and very family oriented. Employee feedback was always well received and even acted upon when appropriate. Leadership was outstanding!

    Cons

Very little internal employee development existed for front-line employees. Performance reviews were used, but process steps were usually ignored in favor of getting something turned into the human resource group so that deadlines could be met.

    Advice to Management

Develop a more realistive performance measurement process and enforce the complete process and work better at promotions from within.
