    Pros

Small company. Great place to learn for new graduates. I started a part time job with them that changed to full time in 6 month.

    Cons

None. Liked it very much. They are very accommodating of new graduates and the job provides a lot of opportunities to learn..

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Miller's Transfer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great industry. Enjoyed the challenge of meeting new prospects. Many great co-workers who were always ready to lend a helping hand.

    Cons

The owner is cheap and likes tension amongst co-workers. This is a family owned business so the next to inherit will be just like his father but worse. Lack of job security causes people not to think outside the box. The company lacks transparency and informative communication is lost due to fear from the owner.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to stop playing the blame game. The micromanagement needs to be regulated!
