Pros

Good people to work with. Strong team environment. Good compensation. Can purchase beer at cost.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Immediate managers don't look out for employees needs. As long as the job get done, they are OK.

Advice to Management

Even though the work/life balance was recognized as an issue, multiple teams were put together to find resolutions. Most of the results were superficial and did not address the heart of the issue.

    Pros

    -good pay/bonus
    -good benefits
    -free beer
    -meet cool people
    -travel opportunities
    -looks good on resume

    Cons

-lacks diversity and focus on multicultural & millennial consumers (i.e. budget cuts, poor programs)
    -not many opportunities to advance
    -lack of training
-work/life balance depending on your role
    -horrendous hr department

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting those who have been demoted and complain but put in NO effort to work! Those include the "brown nosers" as well. Put your money and resources into training! You have the right people, but more time needs to be put into a good training. Coorslight could be number 1 but your marketing efforts and failure to understand the multicultural consumer is a big fail! How do you expect those working in sales to increase volume with Ice Cube?
