I worked at Millward Brown full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It has world class research tools and thinking. Very knowledgeable set of senior leaders (except for one!). My stint was very enjoyable also due to my vertical head. Have learnt a lot from him on research and stats.

    Cons

Delhi MD is very demotivating. He seems to be under-qualified not only for MD role but also for research role. He is very political, unethical, doesn't command any respect to anyone including clients, a complete misfit for the organisation. He thinks he is the only knowledgeable and intelligent person and gives Gyan which ridicules everyone. He is often very abusive and sarcastic, claims credit for himself only.

    Advice to Management

Advice is quite obvious, sooner you replace current MD, better it would be for the organisation as a whole.
