      Pros

      Lovely people, interesting work, very interesting potential and a lovely office location in beautiful countryside

      Cons

      They could not spend less time and effort on employees. Complete lack of respect to employees, suppliers and customers. Toxic atmosphere. Incredibly self serving and greedy management. No progression. Asking questions about your future is taboo. Crazy staff turnover. Very cynical management.

      Pros

      Mindtools has a genuinely positive mission empowering people and organizations to thrive through learning and development. It’s motivating to know your work contributes to that purpose. The people are the best part of the company; teams are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely care about each other.

      Cons

      The company has been through a lot of transformation. While the direction of change is positive, it can feel unsettling at times and communication doesn’t always keep pace.
