Transparent senior leadership team. Competitive compensation and benefits packages and lots of additional perks. Empathetic, relatable mangers. HR and management foster a culture of open communication, mutual respect, diversity, Friendly, supportive co-workers. All Friday afternoons off.
Cons
Lofty goals, minimal trickle-down direction in terms of supporting those goals. Still reactive, not quite proactive. Tight release cycles.

The attention to work-life balance is impeccable. Also, you can feel that you're working amongst superstars in their respective fields. Everyone is extremely intelligent but also very, very kind and willing to lend a hand or explain something should you need any assistance.
Cons

Pros
Freedom Fridays, unless you are scheduled for meetings or pulled into a last minute emergency project Health insurance unless you need to be seen for an actual health concern, then your salary barely covers your co-pay
Cons
