I have been working at MindTouch, Inc. full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Brilliant minds, building revolutionary technology. - Collaborative and friendly environment. - Upbeat culture. - Positive outlook. - Learning driven. - Senior executives feel more like colleagues than managers. They are readily accessible, honest, and genuinely interested those they work with. - Free lunch 3 days a week, snacks, espresso

    Cons

This company is growing fast, which means some understandable challenges as we continue to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.

Indeed, senior engineering and devops individuals are among the finest in the industry. Too bad we're not 100% open sourced, there are some wonderful technical solutions in our codebase. If you are interested in working with Serverless...

    Cons

If you don't subscribe to the philosophy of "don't ask for permission, ask for forgiveness", you will find yourself on the outside of most tactical decision making here. If you expect to settle comfortably into an organization transitioning from startup to growth and wait for opportunities or promotions, you'll be very disappointed. Individuals put into the management role has been hit and miss for a number of years,...

Address the size of the engineering team, it...
