      -Good learnings from CPG clients but unfortunately team culture will mirror the clients -Best agency talent in the industry -Good for your retirement days -Amazing insurance package

      Cons

      -Lack of diversity and way too obvious -Low pay vs industry pay in SG, people who left the company will surprised how much they are making outside of the company -The company will only promote their "network"
