    I have been working at Mindteck

    Pros

    For the most part, my co-workers, both in the US and India, are great. But unfortunately the same can't be said for management. Consultants (contract employees working at client sites) are treated much, much better than staff employees. There are whole teams and meetings dedicated to keeping them happy.

    Cons

    The company restructured in 2015. Since then, it's been one giant hurdle and struggle after another. It's now to the point that the company in the US is trying to figure out what it does. I mean literally, no one knows what it does anymore. The sales team struggles because they don't know what product/service to try to promote and sell. The management tells them to sell more, we're not making enough money. And that's...

    Advice to Management

    First, figure out what you want to do and what you want the company to be. Then, spend the money necessary to allow people to do their job - tools needed like LinkedIn, or other research sites, additional training, etc. Know that if you'd "spend a dime you'd make a dollar." Realize that the not replacing the mass exodus of US based employees is not a good money saving strategy. It is simply adding stress and frustration...
