    Pros

    1. Able to increase your display knowledge 2. Learn better customer service 3. Employees make work a bit better

    Cons

    1. Company bosses push employees to up sales 2. If the register is missing petty cash they make employees pay for it 3. Employers are unthankful. They're mad when you do a small thing wrong, but don't appreciate when you do a big thing right 4. First opening of one particular store had poor training and they expect new employees to know everything 5. Changes are always rushed and employers don't listen to... employees needs

    Advice to Management

Stop pushing employees for higher sales. Learn your demographics and district of your stores. Fix store security and don't blame employees for losses. It's ridiculous.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Miniso full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I was hired early 2019 after the company went through a recent management team change - former COO is no longer in the picture and the new regime seems younger and pretty open-minded with testing new strategies. Departments are friendly and collaborative, it's been frankly a positive experience here so far.

    Cons

Internal procedure and work flow are frequently updated or revised, which is understandable given the new management team and a young company, can be a bit frustrating at times with some lack of information from predecessors.

    Advice to Management

Proactive communication with team members will help make the new employees feel heard and understand necessary decisions or changes made are for the company's future growth that will ultimately benefit all team members.
