      good pay rate and benefits

      Cons

      Overall, the company was a good place to work. As in many cases, my manager had a great influence on my work satisfaction, and sadly, she was a rotten manager and ran off most of the employees in the dept. Sr Management was unwilling to do anything about the situation.

      good salary , good people - benefits are fantastic. Tend to hold on to employees too long. Many employees are complacent

      Morale is not great because of merger. Severance package is very good. Needs to offer outplacement serviceds for employees. Yes
