    I worked at Mitel Networks full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Salary and bonuses are rewarding. Good benefits. Emphasis on product training recently with opportunity to meet colleagues rather than only talk to over the phone.

    Cons

    There are long hours and little work structure. Recent changes in management I feel are highly contributing to structure concern. Fast-paced, many products to learn plus technologies such as MCSE, VCP, and CCNA/P.

    Advice to Management

    Rebuild a structure for employee work/life balance and growth.

    I have been working at Mitel Networks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Steady paycheck, set work schedule, weekends off. Upper management never interacts with you if you are a lowly customer care agent... which can be seen as good or bad!

    Cons

    Last minute mandatory overtime, keeping staff working through a temp agency for excessive amount of time (at least 1 year, in some cases 2+ yrs as a temp through a temp agency). VERY POOR TRAINING to prepare for questions the customers may have, and no one to call to ask for assistance!

    Advice to Management

    Develop a culture in the center that conveys to the employees that they are wanted. Give employees raises! (I went 4 years without one!) Talk to your employees when you pass in the hall (even a smile would have been nice), and learn their names if you work in the same office! It's not that hard!
