Pros
The company has a trillion management problems - only if you are desperate for a job and willing to spend 10-11 hours each day learning new problems then the company is a perfect fit for you. Please don't hope for some high tech advanced so-called Silicon Valley Palo Alto company - you wish to work in a desi software house, that's the place you should be working.
Cons
- No appreciation for your efforts. - Saturdays Sundays, you can't guarantee a holidays. - Micromanagement to a new level where the CEO and the MD get involved if you fart loudly by mistake. - They won't pay you for overtime but they'd definitely deduct your wage for short hours. - They don't offer medical, fuel or any other allowance and they have no hospital present on their panel. You can get Savour Pulao if you work real late hours. - No recreational activities - no trips, no company gatherings. You come, you work like a donkey and you leave. - They'd try to prolong your probation as much as possible - and might soon replace you once you start questioning. - No career growth, literally no career growth. - Typical Desi Software house.
