Thanks for your feedback. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees so I’m disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value and consider all feedback and we’ll continue to find ways to improve but I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns here. We have built a robust Talent & Performance Appraisal system, using which we reward Talent at MobiKwik. One of the basic principles of any reward system is "Differentiation" based on performance & potential. We also make sure that enough dialogues happen w.r.t. performance & timely feedback is given to employees who need improvement. Our new HR policies provide all the freedom & sense of "good judgement" to employees as far as work-timings etc are concerned. Some of the things mentioned above seem totally untrue and seem to be written with malicious intent.
