Exposure to different kinds of work that helped build hands-on skills early in my career. Opportunity to take responsibility and work independently. Friendly colleagues who were supportive and collaborative.

HR and management communication was poor, especially during critical situations. Lack of structured growth or learning programs. Unclear policies which made things confusing at times.
