Pros
Creative workplace, pro if you are Mormon, pro if you are “cookie cutter”, group work, good on resume for creative jobs, they can work with you about time SOMETIMES
Cons
Con if you are not Mormon, most of the women/girls that work here are catty, the bosses never give raises (salary or hourly), some of the management are completely out of line, HR doesn’t do anything, costumers here can be hard to please (lots of older conservative people shop here), very “clique-y”, high turnover rate unless you are a die hard employee, employers don’t particularly care about treating seasonal staff well
