    Pros

    I got great exposure to the business beyond just my main project. Everyone, especially my manager, was extremely friendly. They were always happy to take time to share their experiences and offer advice. All in all, a great experience!

    Cons

    The Sharktank program could have been organized better, but it was their first time running it that summer

    Overworked, Underappreciated, Entirely Political Atmosphere

    Pros

    Free beer every month, discounts and cool merchandise. Good benefits & 401k. Your immediate team members are some of the best people around.

    Cons

    Departmental leadership is awful. They refuse to acknowledge the supply chain is inherently flawed, that the ordering system is messed up. They assign work loads treating all states as equal, when some agents have 6 distributors and some 48+, and anticipate you to perform the same without exception. All the while leadership tells the smaller distributors they do not play favorites based on size, yet the do. Which constantly puts you in a position for failure and aggravated phone calls with people who are considered your business partners. Leadership (Supervisors & Up) are actively targeting employees across the department. This happened to me, and have heard from former colleagues it is now happening to them (these are people who are routinely going above and beyond). Avoid this department like the plague it is, other departments may be ok, but anything doing with Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service is messed up and requires massive efforts to repair. All the while, top leadership will say the culture is improving, it is not which is really sad considering what the company went through just a little over a year and a half ago. By all accounts this used to be a fun & great place to work, people had long and successful careers here, that is no longer the case. Stay away.
