    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It used to be a good company, alas have to use past tense.

    Cons

HQ is only HQ, all of the business is in East Coast. Very limited opportunities in HQ. It appears that office is located temporarily.

At first, it appears that company has generous of holidays but you won't be able to take them. It's either you have so much restrictions on when you can take or you will be given aggressive deadlines that you will loose desire of taking one. All of the employees who take vacations end up working remotely anyway.

Open space is a great concept, however it has been greatly misapplied at the company. It's being used to monitor employees like slaves. Unless you keep your eyes at monitor and your hands on keyboard, you are not working.

In the paper, company has accomplished great deal of automation, consequently achieved headcount reduction. However, reality is far from that. As a result many end up overworking by addressing broken processes manually. Employees end up getting surprise feedback by management: why we are behind schedule with such "wonderful automated processes".

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company car and fuel card, plenty of perks, monthly/quarterly/annual bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales objectives, great brands which makes selling to stores easier, opportunities for advancement for those who can relocate are very ample, a sense of entrepreneurship in having your own territory (the company is flexible in the way you operate your territory as long as it follows company guidelines and policies).

    Cons

Product supply issues at the warehouses are nearly constant, seems to lag behind when it comes to taking advantage of the latest technology, opportunities for advancement for those who are not willing to relocate is very limited. Not a good position if you like working with other co-workers (this position has you working independently more than 75% of the time).

    Advice to Management

Better align product supply forecasts. I have been embarrassed too many times running into these issues.
