I worked at Mondelez International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

People recognize nabisco name, resume builder

    Cons

Horrible work life balance, no opportunities for advancement, horrible pay, manual labor, horrible ethics, I would leave my house at 4am and not return until 7pm and still had work to do when I got home. I was promised the jobs was only 10% merchandising it was 99% merchandising and that is was limited travel it was 80% travel.

    Advice to Management

Come to the field. Stop staring at a computer and shipping things into the stores.

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It a great learning opportunity for global business learning. Jeans can be worn everyday...people are generally kind, the products are good, and there plenty to do.

    Cons

Kraft (big American company) bought Cadbuy (big international company) then spun if off along with the former Nabisco business. The Former Kraft management is now with Mondelez trying to run it like they did Kraft. But only 30% of Mondelez's business is in the USA - and it's tough to run a global business the same as an American business. They will get there, but the growing pains and adjustments are taking a toll on people.

    Advice to Management

Talking about wok life balance isn't very believable during a meeting after 5:00.....
