I worked at Mondelez International part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

-Hourly pay is decent
-Typically has pay raises
-You get to work most days independently and by yourself

Cons

-Upper management shows little concern and respect for their employees and rarely listens to feedback
-Paid hourly, often wanting you to work faster and way beyond what would be reasonable for workload in the time frame given
-Highly stressful if Upper Management is told the entire workload couldn't be completed for that day
-Scheduled for "On Call" and expected to be On Call with no pay to wait around while you are on call
-Breaks & Lunches are not heavily enforced
-Outdated technology used for recording work activity and hours

Advice to Management

-Update forms and uses of technology
-Show concern and also stand up for your employees

I have been working at Mondelez International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health benefits immediately when hired on at full time. 3 weeks paid vacation. Good if you need to gain experience. Great co-workers that are willing to lend a hand.

    Cons

All about shareholders. Do not get enough help in order to do the job that we are hired to do. Cut backs on everything. Sell Sell Sell in 42 hours or less. No training, horrible equipment that we need daily to do our job.

    Advice to Management

Hear what your employees are telling you

    Pros

Worked around my schedule nicely. Pay was pretty decent. Management was very helpful and was always there for you 24/7.

    Cons

Hours are horrible. That is during the weekend at least. Go to work at 7pm and come back around 5am.
