I worked at Money Management International full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

I can't find any pros other than if managed better this could be a good place to work at

Cons

Autocratic environment. Orders trickle down from the top blindly. Supervisors are incompetent, managers are even more incompetent. Most managers and supervisors can't spell, can't build a sentence in proper English. They use intimidation and fear as management strategy. What a waste of tax payer funds.

Advice to Management

Go back to school and get your high school diploma and learn to speak correctly.

My job actually helped people and families to make better financial decisions and hence improve their lives during very stressful times.

    Cons

There was not as much time to spend with fellow employees as would have been beneficial to determine better ways to handle difficult situations.

    Advice to Management
