Pros

Great training provided by leadership to make sure that we were successful in managing and selling. Good work environment and enjoyed most of the people.

Cons

Fairly political organization with an aging product mix that was limited and not very progressive in keeping with the new technology or offerings.

I worked at Monster Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits, salary, customers. It started out fun, and ended with fear.

    Cons

Clique system. It's all in who you know, and who's rear you are willing to kiss. There is no appreciation for ethics or morals or hard work. Only more, more, more; it doesn't matter how you get it. Fear based work environment. Always being threatened with losing job.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to your people. The lack of communication between the floor and even middle management, let alone upper management, WILL be the downfall of this company. It's sad. Greed. Everybody wants what they want, regardless of whose head has to roll, or what it ultimately lost in the end.
