    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Lots to do, opportunities to learn, good people. Monster has decent upper management and I believe they are trying to do the right things. They continued innovating despite the difficult economy over the past couple of years and tried to be fair to employees.

    Cons

Crazy schedules and processes made it hard to do the right thing at times

    Advice to Management

Work on development processes and procedures

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Good compensation and convenient location

    Cons

Chauvinistic, predatory culture that originates from the top (CEO) down. Organization is a political nightmare where backstabbing and intimidation is a daily occurrence. Structurally, departments are constantly pitted against one another, creating a cannibalistic culture where they actively undermine each others efforts as a means of justifying their own value to the organization. Executive directives are single mindedly driven by their own self serving agendas, leaving ZERO room for creativity or innovation.

Monster is on a steady course toward self destruction. STAY as far AWAY as possible!!

    Advice to Management

    Resign immediately
