    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Moody's has a laid back academic culture where work life balance is encouraged. Flexibility in work schedule is a big plus

    Cons

Compensation is not competitive. When you get a promotion, do not expect any change in scope of responsibilities or adjustment in compensation. Lot's of double standards for promotion guidelines.

    Advice to Management

Management should really try and standardize promotion guidelines. They are beginning to lose meaning to a lot of people. Also should look more closely at compensation bands. Lot's of inequality in pay within the same department.
